About

A web studio built on fixed prices.

WebCheap builds fast, custom websites for trades, clinics and property businesses across the UK. Prices are published, quotes are fixed before work starts, and every site is measured on the enquiries it brings in.

How we work

We build websites properly and price them the way a tradesperson would: fixed and upfront.

Most small-business websites are either low-cost themes that look like everyone else’s, or agency projects priced for companies ten times the size. We sit in between: custom websites, built properly, without the agency overhead.

That means no account managers, no six-week discovery phase and no hourly billing. One structured brief, a fixed written quote, and a build you can watch progress week by week.

The result is a site you own outright (the code, the domain and the content) on technology any competent developer can maintain.

Principles

Every project we take on follows these four rules.

Fixed price, in writing

The quote is agreed before work starts and it does not drift. Hourly billing rewards slow work; a fixed price rewards a tight process. We know which side of that we want to be on.

One point of contact

You deal directly with the people designing, building and writing your site. Nothing gets lost between an account manager, a designer and a developer.

Proven technology

Widely used tools that will still be supported in five years, so your site keeps working and any good developer can look after it.

Measured on enquiries

A website for a trade or clinic has one job: the phone rings, the diary fills, the appointment gets booked. If a design choice does not serve that, it does not ship.
